Thanks to the academic training and the gain in Humanity, in Humility and in Complexity that during and after my Master's degree in Education and my work with the Organizations of Black Communities and Indigenous Peoples I have achieved: - To be an active part, I have influenced the National Pedagogical Commission and in the Departmental ones that have requested my escort. (Decree 2249/95 and Dec. 140/06 – MEN) - Verify the Quality Conditions and Qualification of the Normals in Caldas and Boyacá. Annex Room of Education. - Verify the Quality Conditions for Qualified Registrations, for the Renewal of the Qualified Registration of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs in the HEIs of Colombia-CONACES, in Peru (CONEAU) and in Chile (CNA). - Support the Ethno-educational and Organizational processes of the South Pacific (from the PCN); del Tolima (from the CRIT – ASIP); from the North of Cauca (from the ACIN); in Córdoba from (Afrocoveñas); in Sucre (from FUNECO); in San Andrés (from OCCAD), among others. - Stand out as Official Teaching Director in the Colombian Pacific, especially in Buenaventura and Cali. - Currently being a member of the "Pacific Power" Family led by the Visible Hands Corporation.
