* Expert in curricular adaptation and innovation pedagogy.
* Trainer and trainer of trainers; with national experiences; such as training with COLYPRO (College of Graduates and Teachers of Costa Rica) the national territory on issues of inclusion and adaptation of the curriculum, multiple intelligences, emotional intelligence, among others. At the institutional level for Adeas S.O.S. at the International College of the S.O.S. Hermann Gmeinr - Costa Rica in the attention of the multicultural population determining the need, functionality and procedures of the Curricular Adjustments in the student population. In an individual and personalized way with virtual monitoring, it trains staff and companions for people with different intellectual abilities.
