Ricardo Padrón

Ricardo Padrón has experience working on sustainable business incubation projects and development of high-impact innovations in Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Venezuela, Mexico, Paraguay and South Africa.

​

Ricardo is a graduate of Georgetown University's leadership program in the United States. He has a diploma in governance from George Washington University in the United States. He has a degree in Business Administration in Venezuela, has a master's degree from CATIE in Sustainable Business Development and is currently pursuing a master's degree in finance with an emphasis on investments with the University of London.

Ricardo has worked with international organizations such as the International Federation of the Red Cross, the New Ventures México business accelerator, the Jesuit Refugee Service, the Paraguayan Industrial Chamber and the Inter-American Development Bank.

Ricardo was selected to be a member of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) and has the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. He is currently an Innovation and Entrepreneurship specialist at CATIE.
