Jeanette Cárdenas

I have the great honor of being in the FEV and now as a facilitator, cooperator and administrator of this capacity building process.

My undergraduate academic background is Agronomic Engineering, with a Master's degree in Plant Genetic Resources and Biotechnology. PhD studies in Sustainable Agriculture, management of Natural Resources in the face of Climate Change.

At this time, in addition, I work as a professor at the EARTH University of Adaptation to Climate Change; Coordinator of the Project Meeting of Intergenerational Co-responsibility for Climate Change (ECOin) 2015, from the Rector of the UEARTH. I also support EARTH's Permanent Education Program (PEP) in terms of capacity building on sustainable agriculture and climate change.

I am technically supporting the University of International Cooperation International (UCI), CCAFS and CGIAR, in the creation of socioeconomic scenarios to face climate change for Central America. I believe that we can continue to grow in harmony, all sharing our knowledge and giving our best for the Universe!
