Sam Crowell

 

Sam is professor emeritus at California State University, San Bernardino and is the founder of the Masters Program in Holistic and Integrative Education. Currently, he teaches selected courses and serves as a doctoral faculty in Educational Leadership at Cal State. He is also faculty for the UNESCO Chair for Education for Sustainable Development with the Earth Charter affiliated with the UN chartered University for Peace in Costa Rica. In addition, Dr. Crowell serves as faculty for the Self-Design Graduate Institute, has been an invited faculty at the Universidad Tecnologia in Chile, and teaches summer graduate courses at St. Michael’s College on the Neurobiology of Stress. Creativity and the Neuroscience of Teaching, and Mindfulness, Sustainability, and Neuroscience.  Dr. Crowell is the recipient of both the Outstanding Teaching Award and the Outstanding Professional Accomplishments Award and was selected to be on the Fulbright Specialist’s List for international consulting.
