Luis Ugalde

I was born on March 1, 1966 in San José, Costa Rica. I am the son of Luz Astúa Zamora and Mariano Ugalde Arias of a humble but hard-working family, very conservative and strict with moral values.
In 1973 I entered the Juan Rudín #2 school where I completed primary education, in 1979 I started my secondary education where I spent five wonderful years.
In 1984, when I was barely 18 years old, I had the opportunity to start working in an agrarian program financed by the Agency for International Development (A.I.D) and the American Embassy. The project consisted of providing financing, technical assistance and marketing of agricultural products to export them openly to the United States.
Working with farmers was a very nice experience, especially for a young man who had never left the capital.
At the end of this project, I have dedicated myself to working in public transport service, collaborating openly with the F.E.V.

Thank you very much for taking me into account
