Julie Diane Recinos is an international human rights lawyer, gender equality expert, speaker, and professor with over 20 years of experience in social justice work. Extensive senior-level experience leading diverse teams at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Supreme Court of Mexico, solving complex problems, setting policies, generating substantive programming, interacting with officials at the highest levels of government, building multinational networks, and speaking in the media.
