Marco Moreno
Marco Antonio Moreno Castellanos has a degree in Marketing from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and a master in Strategic Prospecting from the School of Government and Public Transformation of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, has studies in the development and evaluation of public policies, strategic intelligence systems and strategic planning at The Washington Center.
He has worked in the public administration in the areas of planning, generation and analysis of statistical and geographic information, evaluation and monitoring of public policies and public opinion studies and as a consultant in social and political prospective projects, as well as in market intelligence, is currently professor of educational and business prospective and director of Professional Development of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, director of the Institute of Prospective Studies for Social Development AC, member of the Ibero-American Prospective Network and President of the Node of the State of Tamaulipas of the Millennium Project.
